From the beginning, I knew that quick success was not realistic. There may be many methods to run a business, but there are no shortcuts. To calm your mind, focus on your goal, have a “Keep Your Feet on the Ground” attitude, and accumulate knowledge and experience, is the only chance of success. Over a period of time, many small changes occurred. As these small changes accumulated to a critical threshold, fundamental change or a qualitative leap occurs. Tiny leaps accumulate into heaps and prepare us for major new qualitative jumps.
Taking a wider look at successful brands and products around the world, a pattern emerges. They are well-known because of their craftsmanship and integrity. These businesses succeeded with the golden rule of integrity. Over the past 20 years, we have held true to our philosophy of “professionalism and integrity”. In doing so, we have become one of the most reliable fine wine and spirit specialists to our customers. We have committed to this practical and realistic attitude, and our partners and customers have accredited us as such. We built Aussino to be a leading brand in China’s fine wine and spirit industry.
In just over two decades, Aussino has transformed itself from a small business to a company of prominence in the imported wine industry of China. Now we import wines from more than 10 countries and over 200 suppliers. Our portfolio includes more than 1,000 labels today. We cover more than 100 cities in our sales network and have over 200 owned or franchised retail stores. More than 8,000 distribution partners work with us in different channels. We also have a steady growing E-commerce business. We have hired over 2,000 employees in our organization across China. And we have built a 10,000 m² logistics center to international standards. With the approval of China Customs, our logistics center officially became a bonded warehouse. The entire warehouse runs on a commercial Cellar Climate Control system to control temperature and humidity. For these reasons, I am honored to receive the title as one of the “50 people shaping the wines in your glass” in Decanter Magazine’s “Power List” for three times.
We established the Aussino Wine Academy to provide training courses and publish Wine Life Magazine, wine books and DVDs. We also provide online courses, an official WeChat account, Aussino Applet and promotions of wine culture and healthy living across a variety of online platforms. Each year, we organize hundreds of wine dinners or events all around China. Now, Aussino is recognized as one of the “Chinese Top 100 Franchisors”. Aussino Cellar has earned prestige as a “National Trust Wine Cellar”, “Enterprise Credit Evaluation AAA Class”, “Franchise Evaluation AAAA Enterprise”, and received the ISO Quality Management Systems Certificate, to name a few.
In 2019, aside from our commitment to the wine business, we will add whisky and other fine spirits to our portfolio. By expanding our catalog, we expect to bring new energy to our system and strive for broader prospects for future development.
During the past two decades, we have paid close attention to our employees' growth and development in the enterprise. We’ve organized abundant activities for our employees, such as professional training, entertaining activities, team building events and reading and sharing corners. Thanks in part to all those efforts, we have received “The Best Employer of the Year” award many times. We continue to carry on our social responsibilities with programs like poverty alleviation. In 2008, we established the Aussino Wine Charity Foundation. The foundation has made donations and built nine Aussino Hope Primary Schools in remote areas. Aussino has become a leader of public interest among all fine wine and spirit importers in China. We also support and sponsor events for young artists, various social charity activities, and sporting events.
Commercial society is developing and changing. Good learning abilities have become a core competition between enterprises. Without expedient, qualified, valuable learning, enterprise innovation and development will be hindered. I try to encourage every staff member to be diligent in self-directed learning; to follow the positive methods with a humble attitude; to remain dedicated and self-motivated; to work in unity and help one another; and to be creative. We endeavor to build Aussino into a formidable team with dedication, diligence, unity and innovation.

We continue to make Aussino an outstanding platform of products, logistics, culture, marketing, and operations management.
